We are a rehabilitation centre specialising in spine and joint recovery. Our Mission is to return patients to their active lifestyle through high-precision care. We are looking for a Front Desk Operations Anchor to join our team to lead the Patient Experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Dynamic Patient Flow Management optimization: Appointment/Calendar/ and Patient recalls.
• Handling Insurance and Corporate Liaison: Paper work and claims for the corporate panels.
• Conflict Resolution: Acting as the first point of escalation for patient concerns to maintain a calm clinical environment.
• Content & Social Media Support: Bridging knowledge and clinical experience nby coordinating with therapists to capture Tip of the Day contents for approval.
• Basic inventory and vendor management.
• Drafting and updating clinical/operational materials for approval.
