About Us:

Devisers Immigration Advisers is a UK-based immigration law firm with a strong international presence. We provide expert immigration services to clients globally, with offices in the UK, UAE, Qatar, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. We are currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for our Karachi office (Tariq Road).

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Handle and route incoming phone calls
• Maintain and update records using CRM software
• Create and manage Excel sheets for reporting and scheduling
• Schedule client appointments and manage calendars
• Provide basic administrative support to office staff

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a front desk, customer service, or admin role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
