Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Team Global Facility Solutions Inc., to be deployed in Quezon City. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet and assist visitors, answer and route phone calls, maintain a welcoming office environment, and provide general clerical support. Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk tasks and handling appointments
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills for professional and courteous interactions
- Clerical Skills such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities with a client-focused approach
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is a plus
