As the primary point of contact for nail and brow services, you will be responsible for orchestrating the client flow, managing technician assignments (decking), and ensuring every guest leaves feeling pampered and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Face of the Spa: Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients; manage the lounge environment to ensure a relaxing atmosphere.
• Strategic Decking: Efficiently assign nail technicians and brow artists to clients to maximize salon capacity while ensuring fair distribution of work.
• Booking Management: Handle high-volume appointment bookings via phone, social media, and walk-ins; manage the waitlist during peak hours.
