What you’ll do

• Greet & register patients (UHID/HIS), verify ID/TPA, issue tokens & receipts
• Manage appointments/OPD flow; triage walk-ins; communicate delays
• Handle calls, WhatsApp & Google enquiries; maintain basic logs
• Create OPD bills; collect cash/card/UPI; reconcile day-end
• Prepare/scan forms & prescriptions; coordinate with USG/IVF/OT/TPA/Pharmacy
• Basic emergency intake and doctor alert
