Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the VP of Facilities & Transportation, the full-time Receptionist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Lyndon Center headquarters of Cape Abilities. In addition, this position provides administrative and fundraising support as needed.
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Answers front desk phone and directs calls and other inquiries.
+ Receive and process incoming donations.
+ Administrative ad hoc support as needed.
Distribution and management of agency mail and messages
+ Responsible for sorting and distributing mail.
+ Serves as the point person for mailing and shipping needs for our Lyndon facility.
+ Checks general office voicemail and forwards messages to their appropriate recipients or follows up with inquiries.
