Welcome all clients and guests and be a great first impression
Maintain optimal client relations, manage clients' check-in and check-out, ad hoc requests and reservations
Providing services and support in accordance with clients' preferences
Ensure that all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently and accurately meets the needs
