Professional front desk management and efficient daily operations support in a dynamic digital media agency.
Core Responsibilities:
Greet visitors professionally and manage reception area
Handle calls, emails, inquiries, mail, and couriers
Schedule meetings, manage supplies, and support admin/HR tasks
Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping
Serve as first point of contact and resolve basic issues
Additional Responsibilities:
Remain present at the front desk throughout all working hours
Manage complete operations: daily maintenance (technical/non-technical), cleanliness, and floor supervision
Supervise support staff
Welcome visitors, manage visitor flow, issue/receive visitor cards ) in exchange for IDs, record particulars in specified Performa/form, and secure IDs organized
