What you'll be doing

1. Warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
2. Providing excellent customer service by addressing guest enquiries, managing bookings and handling check-in/out procedures
3. Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
4. Ensuring the front desk area is well-organised and maintained to a high standard
