Job Descriptions:
Welcoming guests, answering their inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate person or office
Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls to the correct extensions
Assist with administrative support as needed by the Admin Office
Performing tasks like scheduling appointments, managing calendars, handling mail and correspondence, maintaining records, and ordering supplies
Addressing visitor inquiries, offering assistance, and ensuring a positive experience
Logging of incoming and outgoing personnel in the office
Provide support to multiple departments to assist with special requests such as making copies, scan & etc.
Answering telephone calls and forwarding phone calls as necessary.
Submission of expense report and scanning of invoices to accounting.
Receiving of documents from couriers/vendors
Maintain a professional reception area and uphold building policies...
