Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Singapore. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls with proper phone etiquette, performing receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and handling inquiries, and executing clerical tasks. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. Some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties
- Strong clerical skills and ability to manage office tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in using office software and equipment
