Front Desk Representative

Sky marketing is hiring Front Desk Officer.

This role is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment while providing administrative and customer service support to the real estate team. The Front Desk Officer plays a key role in handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and prospective buyers in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Provide basic information about properties, services, and ongoing projects
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and property viewings
• Maintain visitor logs and manage front desk records
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries
