Sky marketing is hiring Front Desk Officer.
This role is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment while providing administrative and customer service support to the real estate team. The Front Desk Officer plays a key role in handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and prospective buyers in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Provide basic information about properties, services, and ongoing projects
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and property viewings
Maintain visitor logs and manage front desk records
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable
