Job Description
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in records and payments.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transport options.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest needs are met.
Manage reservations, cancellations, updates efficiently and handle related reports.
Follow all hotel policies, SOPs, and hygiene standards consistently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
