Molex is seeking a Front-End Product Design Engineer to join the HPC2 New Product Development team. This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of customer innovation and internal engineering. You will act as the primary technical interface at customer sites, collaborating directly with customer R&D to refine high-speed cable and connector designs in real-time. Your mission is to accelerate the design-in process by providing on-site technical expertise, performing immediate CAD modifications, and ensuring seamless communication between the customer’s requirements and Molex’s internal engineering teams.
