Position Title: Front End Supervisor

Department: Sales

Supervisor: Branch Manager

FLSA: Non-exempt

Position Summary:

Supervises Cashiers, Front-End Loaders, Checkers and U-Boat Retrieval.  

Essential Functions:

  1. Supervises, trains and evaluates cashiers, front-end loaders, checkers and U-boat retrieval.
  2. Ensures friendly, efficient and professional customer service.
  3. Ensures compliance with established sales and security policies and procedures.
  4. Investigates and resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
