We're Hiring: Front Line Associate (FLA) – LSG Department

The Front Line Associate (FLA) plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of the LSG Department, ensuring the smooth processing of applications and branch requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process loan applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle business permits and other necessary branch documentation
• Collaborate with team members to recommend project and process improvement ideas
• Actively participate in executing approved Annual Department Plans or Strategies
• Take on additional administrative tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any four-year course or with 2 year-course vocational graduate
• 2nd year College undergraduate with at least 1-year experience in sales and cash handling.
