Front Line Manager Sundar Plant

Overview

Partnership with Potato Cold store manager, Warehouse Shift in charge, FG Shift in charge, Shift Maintenance team to drive business volumes of PC & NPC business. This role will be key enabler to drive responsible for driving Key KPI during shift, which includes Potato net/basic/oil / corn / film / energy efficiency. This role will be leading employee engagement portfolio for permanent associates along with driving OHS agenda. Incumbent will be responsible for delivering in these domains while ensuring complete industrial peace in liaison with Production & ER Manager given the fact that Sundar Plant operates in highly sensitive IR environment.
