Jefferies Financial Group Inc. (‘‘Jefferies,’’ ‘‘we,’’ ‘‘us’’ or ‘‘our’’) is a global full service, integrated investment banking and securities firm. Jefferies is entering into a Joint Venture with SMBC Nikko for go live in January that will merge the Japanese equities business of the two firms into the third largest broker dealer in Japan.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with Front and Middle office system business and technology owners to take existing Nikko pure domestic client allocation workflows and domestic domiciled Japanese client hybrid allocation workflows and incorporate them into the Jefferies trading and allocating systems that will be used by the joint venture entity
  • Knowledge of contents of preconfirmation reports required by pure domestic and Japan domiciled hybrid clients.
