Job Description

                    Tented camp in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve is looking for a dynamic Front of House to join the team. Working along side the Camp Manager and Assistant Manager with the day to day running of the lodge and hosting of guests from around the world. Duties include the following:
Check in and Check outs
Hosting
Room checks
Kitchen issues
Overseeing plated food service
Curio shop stock and sales
Bar service
Ordering and Stock rotations
Stock takes
Month end

Requirements

Work placement hours complete.

Formal qualification in Hospitality Management with an understanding of F&B

Willingness to learn on the job.

Work in a remote environment in a Big 5 game reserve.
