Fellini’s Trattoria is HSW’s newest addition, located at the New Farm end of the precinct in front of Ciao Papi. Fellini’s Trattoria is an Italian street food kitchen and bar, inspired by the flavours of coastal Italy and the vibrant energy of Naples.

As the Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the restaurant, supporting the management team while leading by example on the floor. You will help ensure service standards are consistently delivered and that guests receive a memorable experience every visit.

• Supervise and support front of house operations during service
• Lead, motivate, and assist the FOH team
