Responsible for the management of all aspects of the Front of House functions including Doorman, Bellman, Bell Captain, Concierge Agent, Guest Relations Agent, Front Desk Agent, Matrix Coordinator, Club Concierge, Club Attendants and Learning Coaches, in accordance with hotel standards.
