Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations efficiently, including booking, confirming, and accommodating special requests.
• Answer and direct phone calls, addressing inquiries about the restaurant and its offerings.
• Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and highlighting daily specials.
• Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service.
• Assist with cashiering duties, processing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless service operations.
