– Previous experience in a 4* or 5* hotel environment;
– Fluency in English (additional languages are highly valued);
– Professional presence and strong communication skills;
– Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs;
– Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
