The Front Office & Reservation Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the reception and booking department. You are responsible for managing guest arrivals, coordinating reservations, and leading the front-of-house team to ensure professional and efficient service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations: Oversee the daily flow of guests and manage the reception desk.
Reservations: Manage the booking system, confirm reservations, and optimize seating or room capacity.
Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and train the front office and hostess staff.
Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and resolve guest complaints or booking issues promptly.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, no-shows, and daily occupancy reports.
Coordination: Work with other departments to ensure special requests and VIP requirements are met.
