**POSITION SUMMARY**

The Bellman is responsible in acknowledging, welcomes and departs all guests/visitors arriving to/from the hotel, providing assistance with guests' luggage. Ensuring all guest luggage is delivered to room / brought down from room and not left unattended. Thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities.
