Job Description
HUKL Consultants OPC is a consulting resource provider for companies in various industries. HUKL offers highly skilled consultants to support functions such as HR, Accounting, IT, Contact Center operations, Training, and Marketing.
Tasks:
- Schedule coordinator for candidate's interview, and employee's schedule adherence
- Create incident reports
- Perform administrative tasks, such as Visitor Management, Front Desk Support, Office Supplies Management, Meeting Room Coordination
Requirements:
- A graduate of Office Administration, Business Communications, Customer Service, Administrative Assistant, Front Office Management and the likes.
- Knowledge in Basic MS Office (MS Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open to newly graduates
