Front Office Employee

Job Description
We're on the lookout for a problem‑solving superstar, aka a front office employee. You will be the face of the hotel, taking care of reservations, welcoming guests and ensuring a pleasant stay. You will also inform guests of the best local restaurants, pizza places and wine bars. You may have to handle quirky requests such as a bowl of red M&M’s or a framed photo of Nicolas Cage. A friendly smile and smooth operation of front desk duties are essential.
Responsibilities
As a front desk employee you will manage multiple tasks simultaneously, interact with guests, handle reservations and maintain a positive and welcoming environment. You will also provide local information and decide on granting or denying unusual requests.
