Job Description
Being Surveillance of Network(Shift work).
Handling Alarm Monitoring, filtering, and analysis.
Handling 1st-level troubleshooting.
Reporting.
Working order dispatch and follow up till being closed.
Job Requirements
Strong and motivated, responsible, and initiative personality.
Customer-focused and good communication skills.
Well communicated in English.
Availability to work in shifts.
Theoretical knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G Network Architecture.
Theoretical knowledge of transmission types (Microwave, Optical Fiber, copper cables).
