Job Description

  • Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and maintain call records.
  • Welcome visitors, maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor interactions, including service requests and follow-ups.
  • Maintain front office records, registers, and documentation accurately.
  • Handle courier, mail, and dispatch activities.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized, professional, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
  • Assist with administrative and office management activities as required.
  • Support travel desk activities, including travel bookings and coordination (preferred but optional).
