About the Role: We are seeking a Front-Office Production Support / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of front-office trading platforms. You will work closely with traders, quants, and developers to resolve issues quickly and enable seamless trading operations in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide production support for front-office trading applications within Fixed Income and Commodities. Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve production incidents with minimal downtime. Collaborate with traders, quants, and development teams to understand business impact and implement fixes. Monitor application performance, alerts, and system health; perform proactive risk mitigation. Automate operational tasks, incident response workflows, and standard operating procedures.
