What should you have?

• Build a multi-tenant global SaaS solution with the latest, cutting-edge cloud technologies.
• Design solutions that consider essential security, performance, availability, and data protection measures.
• Ensure smooth cloud operations based on the established policies, SOPs and processes that conformed with agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Assist to conduct investigation for root cause analysis and incident reporting when necessary.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly/yearly maintenance routines to maintain BASSnet cloud systems' stability, security and resilience.
