Responsibilities
Responsible for designing technical solutions, managing requirements, and developing core features for the company's AI SaaS platform, intelligent conversational robot management platform, and foundational application services (e.g., account/permissions). Break down and refine business requirements for implementation.
Ensure technical quality of business solutions, follow up on daily cases, analyse issues, and identify root causes.
