  • Support in new technology selection
  • Product architecture design
  • Organizing issues and considering policies in the system
  • Dealing with technical issues (technical policy, direction, decision-making)
  • Infrastructure design, performance optimization
Requirement definition, design and implementation
  • Formulation and improvement of development process (implementation and improvement of Agile practices)
  • Alignment and modification of development requirement with stakeholders
  • Formulation of design and policy implementation (including hands-on work)
