Job Description

The Frontend Web Development Course Instructor is part of the instructional team, focusing on the academic success of all students. Instructors mentor and teach students using their subject matter expertise, course knowledge, and student population insights. They do not develop lessons or provide grades.

Schedule & Work Hours

• Part‑time, 10–12 hours per week (may vary week‑to‑week)
• At least 5 days worked per week
• Required attendance at periodic team meetings

Responsibilities

• Use university and department materials to mentor and teach students.
• Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the curriculum and weekly assignments.
• Respond promptly to student questions and concerns about course content.
• Facilitate learning through posts, announcements, emails, one‑on‑one virtual meetings, and videos.
