About the role

We are looking for a Frontline Administrator to join our team at Ageless Medispa & Clinics Sdn Bhd in Bangsar Baru, Kuala Lumpur. As a Frontline Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our medical spa and clinics.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Handling client inquiries, booking appointments, and managing schedules
• Providing information about our services, treatments, and products
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management
• Coordinating with the medical and wellness teams to ensure client needs are met
• Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
