Reporting to the Senior Manager of Production, your expertise will guide daily processes and quality assessments. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and submit daily quality reports and samples
• Monitor production grading records and food safety documentation
• Train and guide Quality Control technicians
• Maintain compliance with product specifications
