We’re a horticulture-based business seeking full-time Fruit Farm Pickers to join our team in the beautiful Donnybrook & Pemberton regions of Western Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our team, you’ll be involved in a variety of hands-on tasks to keep operations running smoothly, including:

1. Supervise daily packhouse floor operations to ensure smooth workflow across multiple production lines.
2. Coordinate with team members to achieve packing and dispatch targets within time-sensitive schedules.
3. Operate and monitor packing machinery, including setup, calibration, and safe operation.
4. Conduct accurate tallying of fruit consignments, perform inventory checks, and maintain stock control records.
