Night Shift

Job Summary

+ Ensures packing fruit (citrus) to production standards (quality, quantity)

+ Verifies packers/graders take proper breaks and meal periods at the correct time

+ Verify inventories and supplies are readily available and stored properly

+ Verify the packing equipment is maintained and cleaned prior to starting the shift

+ Verify the packers/graders are meeting food safety standards

+ Verify packers/graders are following industrial safety rules

+ Verify the fruit is properly labeled (stickers) and box codes

+ Verify compliance to attendance, dress codes and other company policies

+ Complete reports for the production manager on daily packing, etc.

+ On occasion, contact employees to come to work earlier or later

+ Reports hazards and accidents to your supervisor immediately

+ Report any employee issues to HR
