Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall performance of the Main Line Fryer, Dryer, Blancher, Ingredients, and the results produced.
• Starts up and monitors the operation of the equipment.
• Maintains oil, heat, and speed levels of the Fryer.
• Monitors product color, texture, shape, weight, and controls waste.
• Operates all equipment pertaining to the Fryer area (Fryer, Blancher, Ingredient Station, Dryer...
