Communication with MBM Core

Receive and manage regular updates on FS products, programs, and new initiatives.

Act as the communication bridge to ensure accurate and timely sharing of information with internal stakeholders and dealers.

Review and identify new training requirements from MBM Core; establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLA) for training execution.

Communication with MB Authorized Partners (Dealers)

Lead strategic discussions with showroom managers to align FS training priorities with sales performance needs.
