Under the supervision of the FSL Field Supervisor, the FSL & Agriculture Field Officer is responsible for the effective day-to-day implementation, monitoring, and reporting of Food Security, Agriculture, and Livelihoods (FSL) activities at the field level. The role focuses on supporting agricultural recovery through Cash-for-Work (CfW) interventions at both farmer and communal levels, providing direct assistance to farmers, facilitating capacity-building initiatives, and promoting sustainable land improvement practices. The Field Officer ensures strong community coordination while upholding high standards of quality, accountability, safety, and gender inclusion, in full compliance with Action Against Hunger (AAH) procedures and relevant sector guidelines.
