FSL Candidate Posting

Candidates interested in teaching FSL with UCDSB will have a French Proficiency Assessment as part of the hiring process. Candidates will still apply directly to postings however, by completing this application our French Proficiency Assessment Team will schedule a French Assessment with you and the results will be stored centrally which helps streamline the recruitment process should you be selected for an interview. This is not a requirement for permanent FSL qualified teachers who are applying for a transfer or are on the recall list. Here’s information about the language proficiency process: You’ll need a laptop/iPad/desktop computer as opposed to a phone and will keep your camera on during the assessment. You will be asked questions orally and then will be asked to provide written responses in the Microsoft Teams Chat. You will provide responses without using translation assistance.
