**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive / Associate to join our Controllership team, focusing on Record to Report (RTR) operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid accounting foundation who are passionate about financial accuracy and process improvement. Fresh graduates with excellent academic performance are welcome to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Manage and monitor General Ledger processes, including Reconciliations, Lease accounting, Month-end financial reporting and Inventory

+ Support month-end and year-end closing activities in compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

+ Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to support audit requirements.
