Job :

The Production Agent provides technical support via hotline and operational monitoring of fiber connection interventions. He/She is in direct contact with field technicians and customers to ensure service quality and smooth operations.







Main tasks





  • Monitor and support field technicians via incoming calls (hotline)

  • Schedule customer appointments (outgoing calls)

  • Perform qualifications in the instances' tools

  • Handle customer complaints by providing quick and effective solutions



    • Required profile :
  • Bac+ 2/3 maximum in computer networks

  • Proven experience in technical hotline or customer support

  • Basic technical knowledge in fiber connection (FTTH)

  • Ideally, initial experience in the telecommunications field

  • Excellent oral communication in French

  • Ease in customer relations
