Job Description

                    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 
1–3 years of proven experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations. 
Prior experience in Fuel, Oil & Gas, or Commodities is highly preferred. Understanding of fuel volatility and market trends is a major plus. 
Highly proficient in Peachtree or similar ERP/Accounting software and Microsoft Excel (data analysis). 
Book daily fuel purchases with accredited suppliers 
Monitor supplier orders, payments, and due dates 
Track daily fuel inventory and weekly station allocation 
Prepare order slips and check commercial pricing 
Encode purchase orders, receiving, and payments in the accounting system 
Collect, verify, and file delivery receipts and depot documents 
Coordinate with suppliers for required certificates and compliance documents
