About The Team
We are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join the Fulfilled-by-Shopee (FBS) Business Development team. As an Onboarding & Initiatives Associate / Senior Associate, you will play a key role in accelerating the growth of Shopee’s warehousing and fulfilment business.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process—from seller pitching and contract signing to coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth operational roll-out. You’ll also lead strategic initiatives, such as managing key partners under the Shopee-Certified Enablers Programme, and work to improve partner success.
