Fulfillment Analyst I

A CRU Customer Contact Ctr – Fulfillment Analyst I ensures fulfillment of all police records orders from different customer platforms, researches various Law Enforcement Agencies’ websites for accident and/or incident reports, and performs data acquisition and validation following strict business rules.
+ Performs routine and recurring assignments such as compiling, and reviewing records
+ Demonstrates attention to detail and a heightened sense of urgency in obtaining these records
+ Public acquisition of records from one or more sources
+ Maintain, update and terminate orders through Order Maintenance
+ Maintain and update both internal and client databases
+ Process and/or procure police reports online as part of order fulfillment
+ Verify order information using internet tools such as maps and other lookup tools
+ Perform outbound calls to Police Agencies to update order status, data validation and gathering
