Fulfillment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

· Monitor and process daily e-commerce orders from all assigned platforms.

· Ensure orders are released to the warehouse on time based on cut-off schedules.

· Verify order details (SKU, quantity, shipping method, promo, COD/paid status).

· Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch with the warehouse team.

· Ensure compliance with platform SLA (Same-day / Next-day dispatch).

2. Inventory Coordination

· Coordinate with Inventory Control and Warehouse for stock availability.

· Flag potential overselling, low stock, or out-of-stock risks immediately.

· Assist in inventory reconciliation for e-commerce stocks vs physical stocks.

· Ensure SKU mapping and platform stock sync accuracy.

3. Logistics & Courier Management

· Coordinate with assigned couriers (J&T, J&T Home, Shopee Xpress, Lazada Logistics, etc.).
