Descripción y detalle de las actividadesManage talent, team, processes and systems capabilities to ensure compliance with SLAs for all clients.Ensure the operational profitability of all clients through the correct management of the site's P&L.Guarantee operational excellence through the implementation, management and maintenance of all KPIs.Ensure that all talent is properly trained in operational processes.Analyze and manage WMS issues to improve the system together with the INN department.Cascade ORC and carry out biweekly CRR with your direct reports according to the implemented methodology.Ensures and promotes a healthy work environment aligned with the organizational culture and values.Experiencia y requisitosEducation: Industrial Engineering, Business Degree, Commerce, Logistics.Experience: Minimum 4 years in logistics, warehouse, manufacturing.Equipment management experience.Knowledge: Fulfillment, Lean Manufacturing (both required).
